he Collaborative Research Center “Autonomous Cooperating Logistic Processes” has been funded by the German Research Foundation from 2004 to 2007 by 6.5 M EURO, and will be funded from 2008 to 2011 by 8 M EURO. It comprises more than 50 full-time researchers from Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Mathematics, Logistics, Management Science, and Production Engineering. Multiagent Systems play a prominent role in the architectural design for autonomous cooperating processes. The talk will concentrate on the knowledge management issues for these processes.
